摘　　要：目的探讨医院感染防控小组在护理管理中的作用。方法成立医院感染防控小组,制订小组成员职责。医院感染防控小组首先拟定计划,对护理人员进行医院感染知识培训,定期进行考核与评价;按计划每月对各个护理单元进行质量检查。结果医院感染防控小组成立后护理人员的医院感染理论知识和操作技能均提高(P<0.01),患者感染率下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论充分发挥医院感染防控小组的作用,可以有效控制医院感染的发生。Objective To explore the role of the hospital infection prevention and control team in nursing management. Methods The hospital infection prevention and control team was set up,whlch had specific responsibilities for members. The group was in charge of plan - making,nurse training about hospital infection knowledge, regular examination and evaluation, and monthly quality inspection of every nursing unit according to the plan. Results The theoretical knowledge and skills of nursing staffs about hospital infection prevention and control were increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the hospital infection rate declined （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The hospital infection prevention team can effectively control the rate of hospital infection.
