信息技术在供电局班组规范化建设中的应用

摘　　要：生产班组是企业最基层、最活跃的组织,是企业各项工作的落脚点,企业的发展战略、管理要求、管理目标最终都要落实到班组的生产业务中。中山供电局利用信息化技术,开展生产班组规范化建设,统一了各专业班组的管理模式,设计和编制了一套实效性和可操作性俱佳的管理表单和应用手册,建立起一套适合各类专业班组的生产班组规范化对标评价体系。在此基础上,开发应用了安全生产管理信息系统等,支撑并促进了生产班组的规范化建设。Production groups are the most active units in the root level of a company structure. All the work including enterprise development strategy, management requirements and objectives has to be implemented by production groups. Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau standardizes the construction of production groups using information technology. The management modes of all technical groups are unified. A set of practical and operational management forms and application manuals are designed. A standard benchmarking evaluation system for all kinds of professional groups is established. On basis of this, an information system for production security is developed and applied, which supports and promotes the standardizing construction of production groups.
