超声介入技术用于早期输卵管妊娠治疗

摘　　要：研究超声介入治疗早期输卵管妊娠的临床应用价值。方法：采用经阴道76例输卵管妊娠的孕囊进行穿刺，并注入氨甲喋呤。结果：一次性介入治疗治愈率为85．5％（65／76），有效率为10.5％（8／76），无效占3．9％（3／76）。对有效的8例作第2或第3次介入治疗后总治愈率为96．1％（73／76）。3例无效者改手术治疗、结论：彩超引导介入治疗早期FTP具有操作简便、安全、有效、无创伤性，局部用药浓度高，副作用小，费用少并取代了外科手术干预等优点，为早期FTP开辟了新的治疗途径。Objective To study the clinical value of application of color ultrasound intervmtion to the Irealmenl of eady fallopian tube pregnancy（FTP） . Methods For 76 cases of FTP, the pregnancy sacks were punctured and injected with methotrexate（MTX）throngh vagina. Results The cure rate at one time was 85.5% and the efficacy tale, 10.5% and inefficacy rate,3.9%. The 8 efficacy cases had such a cure rate that reached 96.1% after being treated for the second or third lime and the 3 cases with no efficacy were treated surgically instead. Conclusions The above mentioned treatment has such advanlages as simplicity, safety, efficacy, no injury, high local concentration of drugs, small side-effects,little expense and＇ omission of surgical involvemenl, thus opening up a new way of treatment.
