摘　　要：根据国家电网公司国际合作业务及信息化SG186工程的统一部署,提出建设国际合作业务应用,通过先进的信息化管理思想及软件技术,改变原有的管理方式,实现国际合作业务的扁平化管理、流程化管理,同时保证出国信息的完整性、准确性、及时性,最终实现国际合作业务的全面性、规范性。结合公司"十一五"信息总体规划,本着"统一标准、统一规划、统一组织实施"和"务实、高效"的原则,通过在使用中不断深化、不断完善,最终摸索出一条适合电力企业国际合作业务的先进信息化管理模式。According to the unified arrangement of international cooperation and SG186 project of State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC）, an international cooperation application system is constructed using advanced information management method and software technology. The old management methods have been changed, and flat management and flow management of international cooperation business are realized. This system also guarantees the information of going abroad complete, accurate and prompt. Considering the overall planning of ＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂, following the principles of ＂uniform standards, uniform planning and uniiorm implementation＂ and ＂being practical and efficient＂, an advanced information management mode that is suitable to the international cooperation management of electric power enterprises is found through continuous further application and improvement.
