蒙药紫花高乌头根中二萜生物碱的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从紫花高乌头根的苯提取物中分离到３个二萜生物碱，经理化性质和光谱分析分别鉴定为 ｌａｐｐａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ（Ｉ）、ｒａｎａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ（Ⅱ）和 ｓｅｐｔｅｎｔｒｉｏｄｉｎｅ（Ⅲ）。化合物 Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离到，其中Ⅱ含量最高，根据文献报道Ⅰ和Ⅱ是抗心率失常和镇痛作用的有效成分。Three diterpenoid alkaloids were obtained from the C_6H_6 extract of the root of Aconitum excelsum. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data (MS, IR, ~1HNMR, ^(13)CNMR, DEPT) and physico-chemical properties as lappaconitine (I), ranaconitine (Ⅱ) and septentriodine（Ⅲ). Compounds Ⅱand Ⅲ　were obtained for the first time from this plant. Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ exhibited analgesic and antiarrhythmic activities, as documented in literature reports.
