摘　　要：报道大狼毒 Ｅｕｐｈｏｒｂｉａ ｎｅｍａｔｏｍｐｈａ Ｈａｎｄ．－Ｍａｚｚ．的生药性状、根横切面组织构造和粉末特征、薄层色谱法鉴别研究结果。Morphological and histological characters of the root of Euphorbia nematocypha Hand. Mazz., a traditional Chinese medicine, were described and illustrated with line drawings. TLC analysis of the drug was also undertaken. The results could provide a basis for the identification of this crude drug.
