摘 要:以糠醛为溶剂萃取剂,对抚顺页岩原油的溶剂精制进行了研究。结果表明,随着剂/油质量比的增大或温度的升高,抽余油的收率不断下降,抽出油收率逐渐升高,但是所得的抽余油质量更好。抽出油重组分调合制备重交及建筑等不同牌号的沥青,抽出油轻组分用于非烃化合物的分离;经过脱氮后的抽余油进行催化裂化,得到各种轻质燃料,脱除的氮化合物也可用于非烃化合物的分离。Solvent refining of Fushun shale oil with furfural as solvent extraction agent is investigated. The results show that the raffinate yield decreases with the increasing of agent/oil mass ratio or reaction temperature ,the extract yield increases under the same conditions,while the quality of raffinate oil is better. Heavy component from extract oil is used for blending different grades of asphalt such as heavy-traffic paving asphalt and building asphalt, light component from extract oil is used for the separation of non-hydrocarbon compounds, all kinds of light fuel oil are received through catalytic cracking experiment with the denitrified raffinate oil, the removed nitrogen compounds are also used for the separation of non-hydrocarbon compounds.
