2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者血清IL-6、血浆纤维蛋白原水平分析

摘　　要：目的：测定糖尿病并高脂血症患者血清白细胞介素（IL－6）和血浆纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平。方法：应用酶标免疫分析法测定19例2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者和36例健康查作者血清IL－6水平，应用比浊法测定对例2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者和22例健康查作者血浆Fg水平。结果：糖尿病并高脂血症患者血清IL－6水平和血浆Fg水平均明显高于各自健康对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者IL－6和Fg水平均明显升高。OBJECTINE: TO measure the serum interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) level and plasma fibrinogen (Fg) levels in type 2diabetes mellitus patients with hypeipemia. MLTHODS: The serum IL - 6 levels of 19 diabeics patients with hypeipemia and36 norml control subects (NC) were detected by ELISA method, The plasma Fg levels of 21 diabetics patients with hyper-lipemia and 22 normal control subjects (NC) were measurd by immunoturbidimety. RESULTH: It was showed that both the lev-els of IL - 6 and Fg in diabetics paitents with hyperlipema were significantly higher than that in NC respecterly (P < O.O1 ).C0NCLUSION: The resultS suggst that the levels of IL - 6 and Fg both increase sigmificantly in type 2 diabetes mellitus patientswith hyperlipemia.
