摘　　要：随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高,智能家居已成为一个发展趋势。防盗报警系统成为智能家居中的一个重要组成部分。目前它正朝着前端一体化、视频数字化、监控网络化、系统集成化的方向发展。利用JPEG编解码技术、AMR语音压缩存储技术、短消息技术和彩信技术,研究、设计了一种基于彩信技术的防盗系统。利用现有的移动通信网络,使用户随时获知家居安全信息,保护家庭财产不受非法侵犯。系统是一种低成本、高性能的实用方案,具有广泛的应用前景。With the improvement of the level of living,Smart Home becomes a trend for modern life.Home theftproof and alarm system has been a most important part of Smart Home.Now the integrated front-end,digitized video,network monitoring,system integration are the accepted directions for Home theftproof and alarm system.A wireless theftproof system is researched and developed based on MMS,Baseline JPEG coding scheme,AMR speech coding technology,SMS and MMS technology are used in this system.With this system,users can get much information about the house through mobile network and protect home property from encroaching.So it is really a low cost,high performances design,which has a broad prospect in the future!
