摘　　要：目的:实现综合医院医疗废物的全程化、规范化管理。方法:根据《医疗废物管理条例》等法律、法规完善硬件设施建设,建立院内"医疗废物管理委员会—职能处室—医疗废物产生科室"三级全程综合管理体系,制定了医疗废物管理规章制度、院内操作规范、工作流程,加强各层次人员的教育培训,建立应急机制,注重应急演练;明确了各管理部门职责,加强协调与合作,应用PDCA循环管理模式,医院将医疗废物的环节管理与责任管理具体落实到科、到人,并计入各科室年终考核,与奖惩挂钩。结果:医院医疗废物设施、设备完善;各医疗废物产生科室能严格按照规定进行医疗废物的分类、收集、有效密封包装和记录,保洁公司能及时进行院内收集、转运医疗废物及与医疗废物集中处置公司交接工作;全院相关科室能及时响应、积极正确处理医疗废物遗撒等应急事件。结论:综合医院建立三级全程综合管理体系,明确各管理部门职责,加强部门间的协调与合作,运用有效的管理手段,可以实现医疗废物的规范全程管理。Objective：To achieve the full,standardized medical waste management in general hospital.Methods：Our hospital improved the hardware facilities of medical waste treatment according to《Medical Waste Management Regulations》and other laws and regulations,established three grade integrated management system（Medical Waste Management Committee-Functional offices-medical waste producing departments）.lay down medical waste management rules,regulations,hospital operation specifications and work flow.strengthened personnel education and training at all levels,set up emergency response mechanisms and emphasized emergence drills,defined the management responsibilities.strengthened the coordination and cooperation,and applied PDCA cycle management model.Specific management department and individual were responsible for mission implementation,which were linked with the department year-end assessment. Results：Hospital medical waste facilities were well-equipped.Medical waste producing department can strictly carry out medical waste collection,packaging and effectively sealed records in accordance with classification regulation The hospital cleaning companies could collect and transfer medical waste to the medical waste disposal company in time.The hospital-wide relevant departments could promptly and correctively handle the spatter of medical waste and other emergency incidents.Conclusion：The entire and standardized management of medical waste would be achieved by establishing three grade integrated management system in general hospital,making a clear management responsibility for the departments and strengthening coordination and cooperation between departments.
