分枝杆菌多糖治疗常年性变应性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：分枝杆菌多糖（Mycobacterialpolysaccharides，MPS）是由非致病性分枝杆菌中提取的多糖成分制成的一种免疫调节剂。为了解MPS治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效及副反应，以双盲法对75例PAR病人随机分组，用MPS分别进行下鼻甲及迎香穴注射治疗，对两种治疗方法进行对比并观察其临床疗效，结果：下鼻甲注射有效率91．4％，迎香穴注射有效率92．5％，统计学检验两者无显著差异（P＜0．01）。未发现明显不良反应，表明MPS在治疗PAR上是安全、有效的。Mycobacterial polysaccharideS (MPS) is an immunoregulatory agent from a strian of non- pathogemic my-cobactrria. In order to estimate the effect and side effects of MPS produced by a domestic producer in the treatment of perennialallergic rhinitis (PAR), we treated 75 cases of PAR patients with injection WPS into infiaturhal and Yingxiang Point, and di-vided them into two groups at random.With contrasting the way of treatment and observing the efficacy of clinical, we got the ef-ficacy of 91.4% on the way of injection MPS into infraturbinal while 92.5% on the way of injection MPS into YingxiangPoint.Stistics indicates tha is no evident difference (P < O.01) in tWo ways, Nor are bad responses in the course of our obser-vation.Overall, It's Proved tha MPS in safety and effective on the treatment of PAR.
