摘　　要：目的探讨麻疹流行病学特点和临床特征。方法对112例麻疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 112例麻疹患者中非本市户籍人员占38.1%,<1岁及>15岁患者比例较高,分别占25.9%和37.1%,发病集中在4～5月份,并发症以支气管炎及肝损伤为主。结论麻疹发病可能与麻疹疫苗接种不规范或体内麻疹抗体滴度下降等因素有关,临床特征具有较重的病毒血症及肝损伤。Objective To study the epidemiology and coinical feature of measles on 112 measles cases.Methods Retrospective survey and analysis were carried out on 112 measles cases.Rusults Among 112 patients,the out-of-towner accounted 38.1%,the patients under 12 months accounted 25.9%and the patients more than 15 years old accounted 37.1%.The morbidity concentrates in April and May.,cases complicated by acute bronchitis and liver damage were common.Conclusions Measles is probably related to irregular vaccination or antibody level drop,with the clinical feature of heavy viremia as well as liver damage.
