摘 要:目的了解新疆伊犁地区人及家畜贝氏柯克斯体(Coxiella burnetii,Cb,俗称Q热立克次体)血清流行概况。方法采用WHO推荐的间接免疫荧光(IFA)方法检测人及家畜血清中的Q热病原体-贝氏柯克斯体特异IgG、IgM抗体。结果 24份门诊收集的不明发热患者血清中,4例为急性感染,2例为慢性感染或恢复期。85只动物调查结果显示,当地Q热感染主要为羊群,在检测山羊中,75.44%的动物IgMⅠ相抗体阳性,57.89%动物为IgGⅠ相抗体阳性。11.76%(10/85)动物有急性感染,2.35%(2/85)有慢性感染或在感染恢复期。结论新疆伊犁地区人及家畜普遍存在贝氏柯克斯体感染。有必要对该地区Q热进行更加深入的调查研究及采取必要的预防控制措施。Objective To understand the seroepidemiological characteristics of Q fever in Yili region in Xinjiang. MethodsImmunofluorescence assay (IFA) recommended by WHO was conducted to detect IgM and IgG to Coxiella burnetii,the pathogen of Q fever in human and livestock sera. Results By detecting 24 serum samples taken from the patients with unknown origin febrile illness,4 cases with acute Q fever and 2 chronic Q fever cases (or in convalescence phase) were detected. Up to 75.44% of goats were positive for Ⅰ phase antibody of IgM and 57.89% were positive for Ⅰ phase antibody of IgG. 11.76%(10/85) goats with acute infection of Coxiella burnetii and 2.35%(2/85) goats with chronic infection were identified. Conclusion Q fever was prevalent in human and animals in Yili region. It is necessary to conduct further and intensive epidemiological survey and take measures of prevention and control of Q fever in this region.
