摘　　要：目的了解本地区围产儿出生缺陷的发生率、种类及构成,探讨出生缺陷影响因素和产前诊断的不足。方法收集本院2007～2008分娩的产妇及围产儿资料,对之进行分析。结果鄂州市2007～2008年围产儿出生缺陷发生率为8.26‰,出生缺陷类型主要有唇腭裂、多指、尿道下裂等。结论加强孕前期-围孕期保健预防工作及围产期出生缺陷监测诊断工作,减少出生缺陷儿的发生。Objective：To study the incidence and type of perinatal birth defect in Ezhou city and explore the related risk factors and the deficiency of prenatal diagnosis.Methods：Data of perinatal birth defects were from Ezhou central hospital from 2007 to 2008.Results：The incidence of birth defect in Ezhou city was 8.26‰.The common perinatal birth defects were listed as follows：cleft lip,fingers,and hypospadias,etc.Conclusion： Pregnancy prevention and prenatal diagnosis should be improved to reduce the incidence of birth defect.
