摘  要:利用(STA)449cJup5ter同步热分析仪,根据ANF-6渣应用过程演化而成的CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-Si O2-MgO渣系的成分变化设定的成分范围,建立二次回归正交设计模型,研究CaF2基渣系结晶温度与CaO、Si O2、MgO、Al2O3和CaF2含量之间的关系,进而通过建立非线性规划模型,对电渣的结晶性能进行了优化和预测。结果表明,CaF2基渣系的结晶温度随着CaO和MgO含量的增加而降低,随着Si O2含量的增加而升高,而随着Al2O3含量的增加先升高后降低。而且当向渣系中分别添加CaO、Si O2和MgO时,随着CaF2含量的增加,结晶温度不断升高;但向其中添加Al2O3时,随着CaF2含量的增加,结晶温度降低。Crystallization temperature of CaF2 based slag was measured by 449cJup5ter simultaneous thermal analyzer. The method of quadratic regression orthogonal design was used to determine the effects of CaO content, SiO2 content, MgO content, Al2O3 content and CaFz content on crystallization temperature in CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2- MgO slag system originated from ANF-6. The experimental results indicate that crystallization temperature of slag increases with adding SiO2 and decreases with CaO and MgO content increasing. When adding Al2O3 to CaF2 based slag, crystallization temperature firstly increases and then decreases and crystallization temperature also decreases with CaF2 changing from 50% to 65%. But in the other case, crystallization temperature increases with CaFz changing from 50%to 65 %. Furthermore, via nonlinear programming crystallization characteristics of electro-slag could be optimized and predicted accurately.
