摘　　要：介绍了数字化健康体检系统的设计目标,包括:标准化、自动化、智能化、人性化、稳定性、易用性、全面性和安全性:以及实现上述目标所需的关键技术,软件功能设计、数据库设计、运行环境设计思路,及系统维护和完善。系统投入运行后,取得了良好效果,简化了体检流程,杜绝了常见差错,大大提高了工作效率及工作质量;同时,通过与临床信息系统的连接,还实现了病人的资料共享,形成集客户健康管理、健康体检和医疗保健于一体的现代医学保健模式,为全面实现健康管理打下坚实基础。It introduces the design goal of digital health examination system, including standardization, automation,intelligence, humanization, stabilization, ease of use, comprehensiveness, and security; additionally, the key technique, software function design, database design, design thought of operation environment, as well as system maintenance and perfection which are required to realize the goal above-mentioned are also involved. After the system is applied, it gets good result, which simplifies the health examination procedure, eradicates the common error, and greatly enhances the work efficiency and quality; meanwhile, by connecting with the clinical information system, it fulfills the patient＇ s information sharing, forms the modern medical care mode integrating with customer＇ s health management, health examination and medical care, which lays the solid foundation for fully realizing the health management.
