摘　　要：结合188医院手术示教系统的实际需求,主要从功能设计、系统结构、管理控制、技术特点等方面进行讨论,通过运用计算机多媒体技术和网络技术实现基于IP SAN网络、全分布架构的数字化手术示教系统,为临床手术技能培训和管理提供了现代化的手段,使医院向现代化、科学化、信息化管理迈上一个新台阶。With our hospital operation demonstration system and actual demand, the paper mainly discusses the function design, system structure, management control, technical features and so on. In order to make the distribution framework of digital surgery demonstration system which based on IP SAN networks come true, our hospital take advantage of multimedia and network technology. As a result, it can provide modern methods for clinical surgery skills training and management, which enable the hospital to a new level with modernization, scientification and informatization.
