摘　　要：针对精神患者这类特殊病人的看护和管理,存在效率不高以及传统仅靠人力监控存在很多管理漏洞的问题,提出了将RFID技术与手持PDA相结合的方法对医院的精神病人进行更好的监控管理,从而大大提高医院工作的效率,给病人和医院带来更大的效益。Nowdays the care and management of the mental patients in hospital are inefficiency and the traditiona management method which only relied on manpower to monitor the patients exsisted unavoidable flaws, Aim a： solving such management problems, this article supposed a method integrating RFID technology with Hand-held PDA to monitor the mental patients indoor and outdoor better, and the method greatly improved the work efficiency of the hospital and Clot more benefit to the hospital and patients.
