摘　　要：标本采集系统使用了采血管配置机,利用配置机完成检验中所需试管的自动化配置,同时在所配置的试管上自动粘贴满足实验要求的条形码标签。该方案减少了工作人员对试管类型与检验内容的人工挑选和核对环节,避免由于病人信息标识错误及错用试管类型导致的医疗差错,提高了整个采血工作的效率,为实验室全自动化检验准备了基础条件。另外,系统对标本采集中的关键信息进行了记录,据此可对标本采集工作进行追踪和质量控制。同时,根据国内医院的实际情况,提出了自动摆管机的另外2种应用方式。The specimen collection system automatically configures test tubes using tube configuration machine, while tubes are pasted bar code label which are fit for the requirement of laboratory. The solution has reduced the workload of test contents inspection and checking steps, which avoided medical negligence caused by wrong type tube and wrong patient information, improved the efficiency of the sample collection. The solution provided basic conditions for laboratory automation. In addition, the key information of sample is recorded, which can be tracked on the specimen collection and quality control. Meanwhile, the article made the other 2 application mode according to actual situation of hospital in China.
