摘　　要：目的:探讨尖锐湿疣组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测34例女性宫颈尖锐湿疣组织和15例正常宫颈组织中COX-2的表达。结果:COX-2在尖锐湿疣组织呈强阳性表达,显著高于对照组(χ2=9.80,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2在尖锐湿疣的发生、发展中起一定作用。Objective：To explore the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in condyloma acuminatum tissues and its significance.Methods：Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of COX-2 in 34 samples of condyloma acuminatum tissues and 15 samples of normal cervical tissues.Results：COX-2 expressed in condyloma acuminatum tissues positively,which was significantly higher than that in control group（χ2=9.80,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：COX-2 plays a role in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum.
