卡提素辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价卡提素辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法 38例结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为两组,两组患者的化疗方案均采用2HRZE(S)/10HR,治疗组在化疗方案的同时在强化期加用卡提素辅助治疗。结果治疗组治疗40 d后胸液吸收率95.5%,明显高于对照组的68.7%(P<0.05)。结论卡提素是辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎较为有效的药物。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of bacillus calmette-guerin（BCG） in the adjunctive treatment of patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A randomized control trial was conducted and 38 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were randomly distributed into two groups.The patients in the two groups were treated by the chemotherapeutic regimen of 2HRZE（S）/10HR,but the trial group was additionally treated with BCG as adjunctive treatment in the potentialization phase.Results At the end of the course,the fluid absorbed rates of the trial group and the control group were 95.5% and 68.7% respectively.The information above was significant in statistics（P〈0.05）.Conclusion BCG is an effective drug in the adjunctive treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.
