摘　　要：对医疗质量管理的概念、结构和医疗信息技术进行了介绍,分析了信息化环境下进行医疗质量管理的优势,着重探讨了基于医疗信息技术的医疗质量管理,提出了基于医疗信息技术的医疗质量管理体系和业务流程,并阐述了管理时应注意的问题。Concept and structure of medical care quality as well as the medical information technology are described, the advantages of medical quality management is analyzed based on information environment, medical quality management is focused on based on medical information technology, the system and business processes of medical quality management is put forward based on medical information technology, and the issues that need attention are explicated.
