摘  要:建立了基于变质量动量守恒方程组的流量分布离散化数学模型,并以此模型为基础,建立了流量均布模型,在假设流量均匀分布的条件下求解该模型,反求集管内的阻力配置。根据解出的阻力配置,在某些集管连接处设置相应的阻力元件,实验测试表明,流量分布基本趋于均匀。流量均布模型也适用于其他并联管组系统解决其流量分布不均的问题。The thermal performance of solar heating system may deteriorate if the flow distribution among the subcollectors of parallel collector arrays is not uniform. A discrete mathematical model of natural flow distribution among parallel subcollctors was presented in terms of the mass and momentum equations at every segment of the system. The numerical re- sults are in good agreement with the previous findings and experimental data. Also a mathematical model of uniform flow distribution was developed based on the former model, in which uniform fluid flow is assumed at the first. Resistance arrangement at the manifolds junctions can be obtained by solving the model. Experimental results showed that setting designed resistance components in the right positions could significantly improve the maldistribution. This mathematical model is also applicable to other manifold systems.
