摘  要:从理论上分析了残存气体在不同压强下的传热机理,同时以东南大学和三乐集团近期开发的新型高温真空集热管为研究对象,采用特制的排气系统和真空计,在集热管环状空间不同真空度条件下测试了相应的热损失。结果表明实验与理论分析吻合,残存气体会在传热机理和材料特性两方面同时造成真空集热管的热损失显著提高。In order to evaluate the receiver thermal properties in possible leakage situations, a theoretical analysis on different heat transfer mechanisms of residual gas in various pressures was carried out. In the meantime, a new high temperature vacuum receiver recently developed and produced by Southeast University and Sanle Electronic Group was studied by adopting special exhaust system and vacuum gauge. Thermal properties of the receiver under different annulus pressures were tested. Results showed that theoretical analysis is identical with experimental conditions, and the residual gas will increase the heat loss of receiver in both heat transfer and material characteristic ways.
