摘  要:加注管在真空环境下会由于磨损,冷焊而失效。利用陶瓷喷涂技术,在接触面喷涂碳化钨涂层,可有效地增强接触面的抗磨损及抗冷焊性能。借助有限元软件,定性分析了载荷,涂层厚度对接触表面的最大变形量及最大等效应力的影响,数值模拟结果表明:喷涂碳化钨涂层后,最大变形量减小,等效应力增大;最大变形量和等效应力随着载荷的增大而增大,随着涂层厚度增加而减小。模拟结果能够为陶瓷涂层材料研究设计提供参考。Filling tube may become invalid in vacuum environment due to wear and cold welding.Ceramic spraying technique is applied on the contact surface by spraying tungsten carbide to enhance the anti-wear performance as well as anti-cold welding performance.With the aid of finite element analysis software,the maximum deformation and von mises stress,which is affected by the load and coating thickness,were analyzed qualltatively.Numerical simulation results showed that spraying tungsten carbide might result in smaller deformation as well as higher von mises stress.Meanwhile,the maximum deformation and von mises stress increase with the load increasing,while decrease with the increasing thickness of coating.The simulation results can be referenced for ceramic coating materials designing.
