摘　　要：对专利组合理论进行介绍,并以抗HBV制药企业为实证研究对象,分别从机构层面和技术层面进行专利组合分析,从而辅助组织监测竞争对手的相对专利地位和认识技术领域的相对发展优势。The paper introduces the theory of patent portfolio.Taking anti - HBV pharmaceutical enterprises as empirical study objects, it carries out patent portfolio analysis both in corporation and technological level,so as to help the organizations to monitor competitors＇ relative patent positions and find out the relative developing advantages in the technology fields.
