摘 要:为了进一步提高装载机性能,降低生产成本,对装载机动臂框架用Pro/ENGINEER软件建立动臂几何模型,并用ANSYS有限元分析软件对装载机动臂在极限载荷工况下应力和变形分布进行了分析。结果表明,动臂框架结构中存在应力较大的危险点,传统经验设计存在一定的不合理性,满足不了实际工作需要,应对其采取相应改进措施。In order to make further improvement on the performance of loaders and lower production cost, this paper took the loader' s mobile arm frame as research object and modeled the frame based on Pro/E software. Calculation finite element model was established by ANSYS so as to find exact dangerous area of the stress, and the results could be regarded as the basis of structure optimization design. The analysis results indicate that biggish stress areas exsist in the loader' s mobile arm frame, and the traditional design is not as reasonable as it should be to meet the requirements of the practical work, so corresponding measures for improvement should be taken.
