乌灵胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤患者抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察乌灵胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁性障碍的疗效与安全性。方法将92例患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,口服乌灵胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组46例,口服阿米替林,50 mg/d。两组患者于治疗前及治疗后第6周分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、不良反应量表(TESS),评估其疗效及安全性。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为71.74%、76.09%,两组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为43.47%,主要为口干、便秘、嗜睡、排尿困难等,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊能有效治疗恶性肿瘤患者抑郁症且不良反应少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the side effects of Wuling capsule compared with amitriptyline in the treatment of malignant tumour patients with depression.Methods Ninety-two patients were assigned to Wuling capsule group and amitriptyline group.Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with hamilton depreddion scale and treatment emergent symptoms scale before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in curative rate between the two groups.There was no obvious side effects in Wuling group.The incidence of side effects of amitriptyline groups was 43.47%.The main side effects were dry mouth,sedation and headache.There was significant differece betueen the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Wuling capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of cancer patients with depression,which has little side-effects.
