摘  要:利用有限元软件Deform-3D建立钛合金棒材三辊螺旋轧制过程的三维有限元仿真模型,对棒坯轧制从咬入到稳定轧制的全过程进行了模拟分析。研究得出三辊螺旋轧制中棒坯的变形规律,分析了钛合金棒坯成形过程中应力应变情况及轧辊的载荷。该研究对于轧制缺陷控制有着重要的指导意义,为轧机的工艺参数和关键零部件的设计提供了重要依据。With the aid of the software Deform-3D,three-dimensional FEM of three-roll screw rolling process of titanium alloy bar was established and the finite element analysis of the whole process of the rolling was carried out.The bar deformation rule of three-roll screw rolling process was obtained and the stress and strain of the titanium alloy rolling process and the load of roller were analyzed.The research has an important significance for controlling the rolling defects,and also provides significant basis for designing the rolling parameters and key parts.
