摘 要:利用有限元模拟软件MSC.Marc,模拟研究了不锈钢波纹板冷弯成形过程,建立了冷弯成形有限元模型。对板材咬入过程进行分析,并通过上辊下压方法实现了板材的咬入;对工件典型节点的应力应变变化规律进行模拟,获得了典型节点的应力变化历程曲线和横向、纵向应变分布曲线。模拟结果表明:板料在两架次之间存在变形过渡区,过渡区内板材不但发生弹性回复,而且仍然产生塑性变形。靠近轧辊部位应力达到最大值,这也是板料在轧辊附近容易出现缺陷的主要原因。Using finite element software MSC.Marc,the stainless steel corrugated plate cold bending forming process was simulated and the cold bending forming finite element model was established.The biting process was analyzed and the biting was realized through the method of the upper roll pressing.The variation of stress and strain of typical nodes was simulated.The stress-history curve and the transversal and longitudinal strain distribution curve of typical nodes were obtained.The results show that the deformation transition zone exists between the two frames,and in where the plate has both elastic recovery and plastic deformation.Near the position of roll,the stress reaches the maximum,which is the main reason of the appearing defects.
