摘 要:本文抽样调查了广东省21个地级城市的1 327户农村居住建筑的基本建筑信息及家庭能耗现状,并对其家庭能源消耗情况进行了分析。总体来看,广东省农村居住建筑的能耗较低,能耗值与家庭消费水平有直接的关联,与居住建筑围护结构及农户的节能意识也有一定的关系。随着我国经济的快速发展,农村居住建筑能耗的增长趋势值得关注。在广东省农村居住建筑的节能潜力分析中,开发和使用可再生能源可有效降低居住建筑能耗总值;提高农户的节能意识、加强节能知识的宣传和传播,推广使用节能灯及一些节能家电产品也是节能的一大途径;调查分析还发现,在地处湿热地区的广东省,通过改善建筑围护结构的保温隔热性能对降低居住建筑总能耗的效果相对不明显。In this paper,based on the statistics and field investigation of 1 327 rural residential buildings in Guangdong,the basic building conditions and energy consumption status were concluded.Overall,the total energy consumption of residential buildings in rural areas was low,which was directly associated with family consumption levels,and also had certain connection with building envelope situation and people's awareness of energy conservation.With the rapid development of economy,the increased trend of energy consumption of rural buildings should be paid more attention.Further analysis of energy-saving potential demonstrated that the development and application of renewable energy resources could play a major role in reducing the energy consumption.Moreover,enhancing the people's awareness of energy conservation and advocating the use of energy-saving household appliances could also reduce the energy consumption,while changing the properties of building envelope has no evident effect.
