摘　　要：政府信息资源共享对促进政府改革、实现社会民主有着重要的意义。运用SWOT方法，对我国政府信息资源共享的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等情况进行分析，并在此基础上分析政府信息资源共享的4种基本策略，提出相应的对策，希望能够为对该问题的研究提供一个全新的视角，同时为政府决策提供参考。Sharing of government information resources are of great significant to administrative reorganization and social democracy. The paper tries to analyze the factors of sharing of government information resources in China, analyze four basic strategies on the basis and provide corresponding strategies by using SWOT analysis from competitive intelligence. We hope the paper could supply a new perspective to the area and make suggestions for the government.
