摘 要:采用电子加速器作为辐射源,研究Elvaloy 741在不同吸收剂量及交联敏化剂作用下的辐射交联行为,考察辐射对PVC共混物力学性能的影响。研究表明:Elvaloy 741是辐射交联的聚合物,添加3份TMPTA对Elvaloy 741有较好的交联敏化作用;Elvaloy 741的凝胶含量为60%~70%时,同时具有较好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;在不添加交联敏化剂的情况下,PVC/Elvaloy 741共混物经高能电子束辐射作用后,力学性能得到提高。Elvaloy 741 was irradiated by electron-beam. The effects of absorbed doses and crosslinking sensitizer on the gel fraction were studied. And the effect of irradiation on mechanical properties of PVC blends was investigated, The results showed that Elvaloy 741 was sensitive to be crosslinked by irradiation, and the radiation crosslinking of Elvaloy 741 was well sensitized with 3 phr TMPTA as the crosslinking sensitizer. Crosslinked Elvaloy 741 with the gel fraction of 60% -70 % possessed both considerable tensile strength and elongation at break. Besides,the mechanical properties of PVC/Elvaloy 741 blend without any crosslinking sensitizer were improved by electron-beam irradiation.
