摘 要:以PET/MMT纳米共混体系为研究对象,对比研究啮合同向平行双螺杆挤出机(TSE)、往复式单螺杆销钉挤出机(RSPE)和串联式磨盘挤出机(SDSE)3种连续混炼装备的混炼性能。MMT片层间距变化以及共混物微观结构均表明3种装备中SDSE的混炼效果最好,TSE的混炼效果稍强于RSPE。从比能耗来看,加工单位质量物料SDSE耗能最多,而TSE略高于RSPE。对连续混炼装备的选择具有一定指导作用。A comparison study was done to evaluate the mixing performances of the three kinds of continuous compounding equipments, including intermeshing co-rotating parallel twin screw extruder (TSE), reciprocating single screw pin-barrel extruder(RSPE) and series disc-screw extruder( SDSE), based on the PET/MMT nano-composite system. Both the change of the d-spacing of MMT and the microcosmic structure showed that the mixing performance of the SDSE was the best in the three kinds of the equipments. Furthermore,the mixing performance of TSE was a little better than that of RSPE. From the view of special energy,SDSE consumed the most energy when it processed unit weight of the material,while the special energies of the TSE was a little more than that of RSPE. The study could be worthy for the choice of the continuous compounding equipment for special blend system.
