摘  要:采用Moldflow软件对注射成型纤维增强热塑性塑料的拉伸试样进行模拟研究。详细分析了注塑成型拉伸试样的纤维取向结构及由此引起的机械性能变化。分析表明:试样标距位置的纤维平均取向较好、皮芯结构不明显,标距外的两端部及两过渡位置的纤维平均取向不佳、皮芯结构较为明显;试样的物理性能参数受到取向影响而呈现各向异性。结合纤维取向分析、拉伸模量分析及泊松比分析,对注射法成型拉伸试样的方法进行初步探讨。The tensile properties of fiber reinforced specimen molded by injection were simulated by Moldflow software. The fiber orientations, as well as the mechanical properties of the specimen molded by injection were analyzed. Analysis showed that at the parallel section of the specimen, average fiber orientation was poor and core-shell structure was obvious, the mechanical properties of the specimen showed anisotropic because of the fiber orientation. Combined with the fiber orientation, tensile modulus and Poisson's ratio analysis,we had drawn the tentative conclusion for the tensile properties of specimen molded by injection.
