四物汤配方颗粒汤剂对化学损伤性血虚小鼠免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：目的观察四物汤配方颗粒汤剂对化学损伤性血虚小鼠免疫器官的影响,比较两者的疗效。方法用四物汤配方颗粒汤剂对联合注射乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺引起的化学损伤性血虚症小鼠模型灌胃处理后观察胸腺指数、脾脏指数的变化。结果四物汤配方颗粒汤剂不同剂量组均有不同程度的升高胸腺指数、脾脏指数的作用。结论四物汤配方颗粒汤剂具有明显保护免疫器官损伤的作用。Objective To observe and compare the effects of dispensing granule decoction of Si-Wu decoction on the immune organs in blood deficient mice.Method Blood deficient mice was duplicated by using CTX and APH and observation the abilities of dispensing granule decoction in colony-forming the thymus index and spleen index.Results The low,middle and high dosage groups of dispensing granule decoction of Si-Wu decoction had apparente effects in increasingthymus index and spleen index.Conclusion The therapeutical effect of dispensing granule decoction on hemopenia was obvious.
