摘　　要：我国的工程建设程序大致可划分为可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段。工程造价在项目的整个过程中是贯穿始终的。通过分析工程设计阶段与工程总体造价的关系,对工程设计阶段造价失控的原因,提出一些具体的控制措施。China＇s engineering construction procedure may roughly be divided into feasibility study phase,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion of settlement stage.The project cost is throughout the project process.Through the analysis of the relationship of engineering design stage and engineering overall cost,some concrete measures of controlling the engineering design stage cost runaway are put forward.
