Y型钢板内固定治疗Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价Y型钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法 60例(68足)SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者,分成观察组和对照组。观察组:切开复位Y型钢板内固定;对照组:骨圆针撬拨固定。结果观察组优秀率77.14%,高于对照组的54.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间(10.0±3.9)d,少于对照组平均住院时间(15.0±3.4)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.621,P<0.01)。观察组肿胀1例(2.86%),未发现其他明显并发症;对照组肿胀2例(6.06%)、感染1例(3.03%),两组并发症发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 Y型钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折疗效佳,住院时间短,而且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective Evaluation of efficacy about Y-plate fixation treatment Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture. Methods 60 cases （68 feet）Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneal fractures were divided into observation group and control group. Observer Group：Y-plate fixation;control group：osseous needle poking fixed. Results Observation group good rate of 77.14% higher than the control group 54.55%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group the average length of stay（10.0 ± 3.9）d less than the control group （ 15.0 ± 3.4 ）d, with significant difference （ t = 5.621, P〈 0.01 ）. Observer Group ： swelling 1 （2.86%） ; No other significant complications; control group：swelling 2 cases （6.06%）,infection 1 case （3.03%）,two groups of complication rate,the difference was not significant （P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Y-plate fixation treatment Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture good efficacy,Shorter hospital stay,low complication rate,the proposed clinical application.
