摘　　要：随着移动办公自动化技术飞速发展,办公自动化应用的领域也越来越广,但是我们在实际的高校教学及工作实践应用时,总觉得学得不够实用,不够快速,或者处理相对较难的问题时觉得无从下手。到底该如何快速掌握利用WORD处理长文档的基本技术,以及解决长文档编排过程中遇到的难题,就是我们研究的重点,并具有很强的实际应用和推广价值。With the mobile office automation technology is developing rapidly, and oa application field, but also more and more widely in our actual college teaching and working practice, I always think learning enough practical, not enough fast or deal with the relatively difficult problem feel overwhelming. How should grasp using WORD processing long document the basic technology, and solve long document layout problems encountered in the process of, is our key research, and which is of great practical application and dissemination value.
