摘　　要：本文论述了加强公共图书馆绩效管理的关键是激励机制的构建,分析了激励方法的选择原则,并梳理出11种激励方法。This textls discussing the key of strengthening the public library performance management is setting up of incentive mechanism and analyzed the choice principle of motivational techniques, and comb 11 kinds of motivational techniques.
