摘　　要：本文选用比较符合人们判断意识的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)来解决仓库中库房选择问题。首先在分析影响库房选择因素的基础上,建立了库房选择的递阶层次结构;然后构造出基于三角模糊数的判断矩阵,并计算出影响库房选择的各因素综合权重;最后,结合实例并利用加权平均法对FAHP方法进行了验证,得出该方法的合理性和有效性。Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process （FAHP）which fits people＇s judging consciousness is applied to solve the storehouse decision-making in depot. On the basis of analyzing these factors influencing storehouse, the hierarchical structure of the storehouse decision-making is built. Then, the judgment matrices based on triangular fuzzy number are structured, each factor＇s combination weight is calculated. Finally, FAHP is validated to show its effectiveness by an example.
