摘  要:针对于民办高校图书馆馆员队伍学历层次不高,专业水平低的特点,要想提升服务内涵,走可持续发展道路,必须加强馆员的专业化水平。教育科研对处于起步阶段的民办高校馆员专业水平的提高、专业素质的提升、专业能力的拓展具有十分重要的促进作用。民办高校应以教育科研为导向,可以通过引入竞争机制、加强业务知识培训、学校政策性干预、引导教研课题研究、跨学科文献服务、参与性科研、馆际学科馆员间交流和学习等途径促进馆员的专业化发展。Aiming at features of private colleges librarians low degree level and professional level, we must strengthen librarians professional level if we want to improve service content, follow the road of sustainable development. Educational research plays very important promoting roles in the improvement of professional level, promotion of professional quality, and enhancement of professional competence of libraiians of private colleges which are in the initial stage. Private colleges should take educational research as orientation, promote the professional development of librarians through introducing competition mechanism, strengthening business knowledge training, schools policy intervention, guiding research topics, interdisciplinary documentation services, participatory research, communication and learning between interlibrary subject librarian.
