摘  要:目的:探讨电针刺激对大鼠NO产量的影响。方法:通过硝酸/亚硝酸还原法测定脊髓腰膨大部位NOf/N07含量,从而探讨电针刺激对大鼠NO产量的影响。结果疼痛刺激组脊髓腰膨大部位NO2-/NO3-含量明显高于正常组(p〈0.01);电针刺激组脊髓腰膨大部位NO2-/NO3-含量与正常组相比变化不大(p〉0.05);疼痛加电针刺激组与正常组相比脊髓腰膨大部位NO3-/NO2-含量无明显变化(p〉0.05),与疼痛刺激组相比,脊髓腰膨大部位NO2-/NO3-含量明显减少(p〈0.01)。结论电针刺激可以抑制NO生成的增多,可能是通过激活脑啡肽、内啡肽和内吗啡肽实现的,尚待进一步证实。Objective:To study the effects of electro--acupuncture on nitric oxide content in spinal cord of rats. Methods:we assayed Nitrate/nitrite(NO2-/NO3-) which represent NO content, when animal is normal , pain stimulated, electroacupuncture stimulated, or pain and electroacupuneture stimulated. Results:NO content increased greatly compared with normal condition (p〈0.01). After electroacupuncture stimulation , NO content did not change greatly compared with normal group (p〉0.05). After pain and electroacupuncture stimulation , NO content did not change greatly compared with normal group (p〉0.05); however, compared with pain stimulated group, NO content decreased significantly (p〈0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture can inhibit the increase of NO production produced by pain stimulation, which may be realized by activating enkephalin, endorphin and endomorphins. And it should be confirmed furthermore.
