摘  要:通过室内试验对二化螟的滞育解除进行了初步研究结果表明,食料对二化螟的滞育有明显的促进作用,但这种促进作用不表现在化蛹率的提高,而在于缩短供试幼虫的群体临界化蛹前期。越冬幼虫在滞育解除过程中对水分的需求可以通过主动吸收或直接饮水两种方式获得,水分对滞育解除的促进作用不仅表现在越冬幼虫化蛹率的大幅度提高,而且表现在有水条件下越冬幼虫群体临界化蛹前期的明显缩短,但水分不是二化螟滞育解除的先决条件。在二化螟滞育解除过程中,有效积温法则是起作用的,初步求得滞育解除的起点温度为12±2.7℃、有效积温为409.5±95.8d℃。一化性和二化性的二化螟越冬幼虫在滞育解除方面的差异仅表现在群体临界化蛹前期的长短上,一化性CC品系的群体临界化蛹前期显著长于二化性PL品系。The diapause development of Chilo suppressalis (Walker) can ie accelerated by the presence of food (rice)However food had no effect on increasing the pupal percentage, only shortening the population's critical pupation time. In course of diapause termination, water was actively absorbed through cuticle or imbibed, but it was not the precondition. During the diapause period, the rule of effective temperature still functional. The development thermal threshold and theed constant were evaluated based on the average pupation time measured at 5 different constant temperatures (17, 20, 23, 25, 29℃) and water condition. They were 12±2.7℃and 409.5±95.8 day-degrees. Difference of diapause termination between univoltine and bivoltine was only in the length of critical pupation time.
