城市边缘住区商业配套服务设施发展规律研究——以北京市为例

摘　　要：以北京城市边缘住区商业设施地面调研数据为基础,试图总结其商业发展的部分规律和影响因素,提出城市规划及住区形态规划等其他组织行为的调整建议和适宜措施。In the light of the data from on-the-spot investigation of commercial facilities in residential district on Beijing skirts, this paper tries to summarize some law of commercial development and relevant influencing factors. With some appropriate measures, it proposes suggestion on adjusting city planning and planning for residential district pattern.
