摘 要:采用离心铸造方法制备了一种具有良好耐热和耐磨性能的多元Cu-Ni-Al基白铜合金,用微动摩擦磨损试验重点研究了该合金中的镍含量对合金耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:随着镍含量从10wt%增加到17wt%,合金的磨损质量损失降低了约60%。继续增大镍含量,合金的耐磨性无明显变化。合金主要磨损机制为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。合金耐磨性提高的主要原因是Ni含量的增加提高了合金的固溶强化效果,减弱了基体的粘着磨损。Cu-Ni-Al based alloy which has good heat resistance and wear resistance was prepared by centrifugal casting.The effect of nickel content on the anti-wear property was investigated by fretting friction and wear testing.The results show that the wear volume of the alloys reduces about 60% as the nickel content increases from 10wt% to 17wt%.However,no obvious change of wear volume is found when the nickel content is over 17wt%.The dominant wear mechanism of the alloy is adhesive wear and abrasive wear.The improvement of the wear resistance of the alloy is mainly attributed to the solution strengthening induced by the increase of the nickel content,which reduces the adhesive wear of the(Cu) matrix accordingly.
