摘 要:与传统的针灸和电针刺激相比,磁刺激具有无创、无痛、不接触、易于操作等良好的安全性能。对磁刺激内关穴的脑电信号提取诱发电位并进行等效偶极子源定位分析研究。利用磁刺激仪对内关穴(PC6)及内关穴附近非穴位点(假穴)进行了相同强度、相同频率的磁刺激,分析了同步采集的脑电信号的诱发电位并对其进行了等效偶极子源定位研究。结果表明:磁刺激内关穴时,大脑的额区、顶区和颞区电极都记录到了明显的诱发电位成分N80和P150,其中以FCZ电极记录到的幅值最大,而分析假穴刺激时没有得到诱发电位N80和P150成分。对N80成分源定位在大脑的额上回,对P150成分源定位在大脑的前扣带回。N80和P150成分可能是磁刺激内关穴调控大脑电活动的反映。Compared to manual manipulation and electrical acupuncture,there are several advantages in magnetic stimulation,such as non-invasive,painless,non-contact and easy to operate.This article extracted the somatosensory evoked potentials from EEG signals under magnetic stimulation at acupoint of neiguan(PC6) and used the equivalent dipole to conduct source localization analysis.The magnetic stimulation machine was used to stimulate at acupoint of neiguan(PC6) and the non-acupoint near acupoint neiguan with the same power and frequency.We extracted the evoked potentials from the simultaneous collected EEG signals,and then used the equivalent dipole to conduct source localization analysis.The results showed that the frontal,parietal and temporal electrodes all recorded clear evoked potential components of N80 and P150 with the largest amplitude in the FCZ electrode.But there were no N80 or P150 components under the non-acupoint stimulation.The component N80 was located in the brain frontal gyrus,and P150 in the anterior cingulated cortex.The components of N80 and P150 might be the reflection of the electrical activity in the brain to the magnetic stimulation.
