城市规划中交通影响评价的运行机制研究

摘　　要：本文以长沙市为例,阐述了城市规划中交通影响评价的发展和现状,探讨了交通影响评价与城市规划管理中"一书两证"的衔接问题,分析研究了其参与机构、管理体系、运行机制、编制内容以及发展前景,提出了城市规划中交通影响评价运行机制的相关思路,并给出了相应建议。This paper mainly focuses on the improvement of mechanism of traffic impact evaluation system in urban planning. In order to achieve this goal, given the situation of Changsha city, this paper first describes current state as well as the latest development of traffic impact evaluation in urban planning. Discussion about compatibility problems among different licenses and certificates is then conducted. Based on this, this paper analyzes participating institutions, management system, operational mechanism and prospect of the system.
