摘　　要：为节约项目开发成本提出一种基于ArcIMS实现移动地理信息系统(GIS)的方案,在以ArcIMS为GIS平台的基础上通过用户自定义客户端和应用服务器实现个人数字助理(PDA)上的GIS应用。主要讨论系统的设计思路、系统结构和工作流程,并对系统实现中的关键技术作了阐述,实现了以ArcIMS为统一的GIS平台的移动GIS应用系统。测试结果表明,该方案可以很好地工作,并具有成本低,灵活方便的优点。An implementation of mobile GIS based on ArcIMS is presented,aiming at the reduction of development cost.With ArcIMS as GIS platform,the GIS application on PDA is realized through customized client server application.The design,architecture and work flow of the system are discussed,including some key technologies.PSA application in mobile GIS based on ArcIMS is implemented.The test result shows that this solution could work well and is of the superiorities of low cost and high flexibility.
