摘　　要：电信IP城域网络面临从原先单一承载普通上网数据业务转向真正的"三重播放"即语音、视频、数据等全业务的承载上。三重播放业务引发电信IP城域网络高效承载全业务的迫切需求。从引入适合三重播放业务特点的以太网承载IP报文(IPoE)认证方式,从接入层到业务控制层采用优化的分布式用户策略,在二层汇聚网引入虚拟专用局域网服务(VPLS)等3个方面对电信全业务网络承载架构的演进思路进行探讨,有一定的工程实践意义。With the tendency that the telecommunications network bearer HIS service transfers to triple play service including voice,video,and data,the critical needs on network optimization construction would be happened on full service telecommunications IP metropolitan area networks.This paper discusses the development thought on evolution of telecommunications full service network bearer architecture,including the introduction of IPoE authentication,the adoption of user distribution strategy from the access level to service control level,and the introduction of carrier-class Ethernet technology VPLS in level 2 network,and all this would be of great significance for the project construction.
